The only arrest made in connection to the accident, was on Richard Neatherlin, 18, an occupant of the vehicle. Neatherlin, who had just recently been placed on five years probation for concealing stolen property and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, was arrested on an application to accelerate the sentence.
