Investigation of Keyes caregiver is complete by C.F.David According to Jessica Brown, public information officer for the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation, the investigation into allegations that a caregiver in the Keyes Public School System cursed a 12-year-old child is complete. “The investigation is complete and our investigator is working on his progress report. The D.A.'s office has been kept abreast,” Brown said. The allegations publically surfaced in mid-April when then Cimarron County Undersheriff Matt Langston acknowleged an investigation was underway by the Sheriff's Office. Langston said at that time interviews were underway but that the investigation was hampered by lack of cooperation from the individuals questioned. Langston refused to identify the caretaker. By late April Langston had completed his investigation and turned it over to the OSBI due to a possible conflict of interest in the Sheriff's Office. Boise City News |
