Tomberline pleads to misdemeanor Randy Tomberline, 18, who had been arrested on July 1 on charges of concealing stolen property and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, is out on fine and costs after pleading to a misdemeanor. Richard Neatherlin, 18, is on bond awaiting a hearing on a felony charge from the same offense. Judge Ronald Kincannon assigned a court appointed attorney. Boise City News |
