C.I.P.A. board schedules meeting June 3 The Cimarron Industrial Park Authority Board has scheduled a special meeting for June 3 at 8 p.m. in the C.I.P.A. office on the second floor of the courthouse. Nathaniel Energy's contract for demolition and removal of equipment used at the helium plant east of Keyes has expired as of June 1, and according to C.I.P.A. Chairman Robert Bocock, they are asking for an extension of one year. According to a Jan. 8, 2003 article in The Boise City News, the board had made at that time, contractual changes insisting that “...substantial roads would be under construction within a year.” No visible new roads have been begun; but pipe and other metal salavage have been removed, with still more in place. According to Nathaniel Energy online press releases dated April 20, 2004, the Castle Rock, Colorado company has shipped two of their biomass burners to Northern Italy and must have them erected and tested by July 1.
