County students honored Oklahoma Baptist Univ. Daniel Jobe Lay was included on Oklahoma Baptist University 's Presidents Honor Roll for the spring 2006 semester. Lay completed his sophomore year at OBU, majoring in public relations. Lay, the son of Virginia and the late Bill Lay, was a member of the OBU Dean's Honor Roll.
