Domestic dispute lands B.C. man in county jail by C.F. David Jody Baldonado, of Boise City, is being held on a bond of $60 thousand, for a charge of assault and battery with intent to kill. According to Police Chief Dale Harper, Baldonado was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife when the incident escalated and a knife became involved. Mrs. Baldonado was then injured in the subsequent struggle before she escaped to a nearby business to call for help. In the meantime, Jody Baldonado fled the home and was later found, arrested and booked into jail. If found guilty of the charge Baldonado faces imprisonment of up to 20 years. Boise City News |
