by C.F. David

Frank Lynch, has resigned as chairman of the Cimarron Memorial Hospital Board, and has been replaced by Ralph Warren.

I had to resign because of health reasons. I missed two of the last three meetings, Lynch said.

Lynch's wife Micki is battling cancer, and Lynch himself is undergoing physical therapy after surgery.

I felt with the talent we have in Ralph Warren, I should step aside, Lynch added. I think it's [the board's oversite of the hospital] is going to be better because of Ralph's capabilites, Lynch said.
