Non-injury accident Sunday by C.F. David Kelsey Trout, 19, of Elkhart was involved in a one vehicle accident two-tenths of a mile inside the Cimarron County line on Highway 56 Sunday morning. According to Duane Johnson, the investigating OHP Trooper, Trout was northbound at about 4 a.m. and traveling toward Elkhart when the car overturned. Trout was arrested for driving under the influence and jailed before being released later that morning. Boise City News |
