Keyes council elections The City of Keyes hosted a town meeting on Tuesday night to elect one council member to a four year term, another to an un-expired two-year term and a city clerk. Nominations were opened to the floor for the four-year term, marge Wilmarth, Curtis Cayton and Paul Lowe were nominated; Lowe refused the nomination and Cayton won by a margine of 53 to 22 votes. Scott Arthaud faced Edmunson after Howard Balenseifen turned down a nomination; Arthuad won 56 to 19. Linda Betts retained the clerks office unopposed. Boise City News |
