Boise City Council Meeting The Boise City Council and Public Works Authority met on Monday night. City manager Rod Avery explained that the city had applied for and would accept a REAP Grant for 2005 in the amount of $46,851. The money would be used to line the city sewer crossings under U.S. Highway 287 on North Cimarron St. In other business: H The Mayor transferred ownership of a cemetery plot to Frances Shepard. H The city paid Cimarron county $16,203.56 for rock and oil for street repairs As the Public Works Authority H The board authorized a change in the Golf Course green fees from $10 to $15. Avery also wanted to inform the public that the enviornmental study for the Port-To-Plains route is available for public view at the city offices, along with a map indicating ODOT's reccommendation for the Boise City loop.
