Minutes, Keyes City Council The regular General Meeting of the Town of Keyes was held at noon Friday, December 10, 2004 at the city hall. The Council voted to approve all monthly transactions. Discussion on the meeting dates for calendar year 2005 was held and approved for the first Thursday of the month. The Council voted to have Sterling Codifiers update our ordinances. There being no further business, the General Meeting adjourned and the Utility Meeting was called to order. The Council voted to approve all monthly transactions. The Council voted to make a donation to the Lion's Club for the Sr. Citizens Dinner, insulate the city residence, and give city employees a Christmas ham or turkey.
