Plea draws deferred sentence by C.F. David A plea of guilty in a Custer County Court to two charges of assault on a police officer, has brought a two year deferred sentence to Slade Terry, a Cimarron County man. Terry, who was 19, on April 15, when the incident occurred, pleaded to the charges that he had pushed and scuffled with two police officers after a party near South Western Oklahoma State University , in Weatherford.
With the deferred sentence, Terry's record will be expunged on Oct. 1, 2007, if he has completed the deferment and abided by its rules of probation. Boise City News |
