I read about a diet that uses what everyone has around the house. It is water. Yes, the water diet I have mentioned before that water is an important nutrient our bodies need. If we drink half our body weight in ounces of water, we will get what we need to flush waste and toxins from our bodies.
This diet says that you should drink a 10 oz. glass of water (in a gulp) every 30 min.. to an hour. At meals, drink a glass before and a glass after.
I thought I drank a lot of water, but it was hard for me to remember to drink every hour. Stay close to the bathroom though. Water does flush fat cells, so drink up and get back to basics.
